Questions
What do buyers ask before ordering?
Short answer: The five questions below cover most first orders: what a grade changes, how sizing works on shoes, who pays duty, how long it takes, and what happens if the piece arrives wrong. Each answer links to the page that goes deeper. Checked on 2026-10-29.
What do the three grades actually change?
Silhouette, size and print placement stay identical across all three. What moves is canvas hand-feel, lining quality and the weight of the hardware — measurable on a scale, not a matter of opinion. A Neverfull MM runs $298 / $388 / $478. See the breakdown on the style page.
Is a higher grade a different size?
No. Grade never changes measurements, strap drop or monogram alignment. If measurements differ between two listings, that is two different styles, not two grades.
How do I get the size right on shoes?
Sizing is the one place where a wrong order cannot be fixed cheaply — a made pair cannot be restocked. Tell us your normal EU size and the brand you usually wear; we translate once, in writing, before the bench starts. What happens if it is still wrong.
Who pays duty, and what if customs holds it?
Duty is on us, and there is no second invoice at the door. If a parcel is inspected we tell you the same day. Shipping terms.
What if the piece that arrives is not the one I approved?
That is the case we treat as ours without argument: remake or refund, we pay. It is also why the QC step exists — you approve the unit, not a stock photo. Returns.

What if my question is not here?
Send the style name and the grade you are considering. A specific question gets a specific answer; "is it good quality" gets a page of adjectives from everyone in this trade, including us.
