Payment
How do I pay, and what protects me?
Short answer: Two ways only: PayPal friends and family, or USDT (TRC20) if you ask for it. The payment request carries the exact amount and your order number. We never ask for money before the style, grade and shipping line are confirmed in writing, and our payment details never change mid-order. Checked on 2026-10-30.
Which methods do we take?
| Method | When | Note |
|---|---|---|
| PayPal — friends and family | Every order | We ask for F&F; the reason is on this page, not hidden |
| USDT — TRC20 | On request | Address sent with your order number, never from a chat link |
One rule that matters: we never change payment details mid-order. If a message claims our details changed, it is not us — verify against the address on your order page.
Why friends and family
Goods and services adds a fee that has to come out of one of two places: the price, or the build. We keep the published price and ask for F&F instead. It is worth knowing what that means — F&F has no dispute route on PayPal's side.
If a G&S payment arrives by mistake
We refund it and ask you to resend as F&F. PayPal does not return the G&S fee to us when we refund, so the amount refunded is what we received, not what you sent. Nobody at this end keeps that fee; it simply does not come back.

What protects the buyer?
Since F&F gives you no dispute route on PayPal, the protection has to sit on our side of the order, and it does — in four places. One: everything is confirmed in writing before money moves (style, grade, size, price, shipping). Two: you approve photographs and a short video of the actual unit before it ships, so a problem is settled on evidence rather than memory. Three: the order page keeps the build details and the photos we sent, so neither side reconstructs the order from chat. Four: if the piece that arrives is not the piece you approved, we remake it or refund it — that rule is on the returns page, with the window written out.
