How buying works

How does buying work here?

Short answer: You pick a style and a grade, we confirm the exact build in writing, you pay, we photograph and film your piece on the bench, and nothing ships until you approve it. Six steps, about 9–10 days door to door, flat $50 shipping. Prices checked on 2026-10-29.

What are the six steps?

Step 1

Pick a style and a grade

Standard, top grade or flagship — the difference is canvas hand-feel, lining and hardware weight, not shape. Each style page states all three prices.

Step 2

We confirm the build in writing

Colour, hardware tone, size and grade go into the order note before anything is made. This is the line we hold ourselves to later.

Step 3

You pay

PayPal friends and family, or USDT (TRC20) if you prefer it. The request carries the order number, and the bench starts once the payment lands — nothing is asked for before the note is confirmed in writing.

Step 4

Photographs of your piece

When it comes off the bench we send photos and a short video of that one — hardware, stitching, lining and a weight reading on a scale.

Step 5

You approve

If something is wrong we fix it with the workshop before it leaves. Nothing ships on a maybe.

Step 6

It ships

Flat $50, about 9–10 days door to door. Tracking goes out the day it leaves, and the order page stays readable.

Why is the middle step the important one?

Almost every complaint in this trade is about photographs that were never the bag that arrived — studio shots reused across colours, or a QC set from a different unit. Sending photos of the piece that is actually going in the box is the only thing that makes the rest of the process worth anything.

That is also why we do not publish a "1:1" badge: the claim is meaningless when nobody shows the unit. We show the unit instead.

What do buyers ask before the first order?

Can I see it before paying?

You can see the workshop's reference photographs and the exact grade breakdown. The individual QC set comes after the piece is built — that is the trade-off for not shipping stock photos.

What if I pick the wrong grade?

Grades are locked at the bench. Tell us before step 3 and we change it; after that it is a different piece of work, not a different option.

Who pays the duty?

We do, on every destination. What you see at checkout is what you pay — no invoice at the door.
