Before you buy
What this is, and what it is not
Short answer: Every piece here is a replica made to a brand's design. It is not a genuine product of that brand, and we do not claim it is. The three grades change materials and finishing, never the silhouette - and no grade is sold as passing authentication, because we cannot promise that.
Is this a genuine Louis Vuitton / Gucci / Chanel piece?
No. Everything on this site is a replica: a bag, shoe or garment made by a workshop to a brand's design. It is not made by that brand, not authorised by them, and not sold as their product. The brand name appears on a style page for one reason only — to say which design the piece is modelled on. If you want a genuine piece, buy from the brand.
Will someone be able to tell it is not genuine?
Sometimes yes, and it depends entirely on who is looking and how.
| Situation | What usually happens | Our position |
|---|---|---|
| Wearing it day to day | People see a shape they recognise, not a stitch count | This is what the piece is for |
| Next to a genuine one, examined by someone who owns one | Differences in canvas tone, hardware weight and lining become visible | We describe those differences per grade instead of denying them |
| Brand boutique, for repair or cleaning | The piece is refused; boutiques do not service non-genuine items | We will not pretend otherwise |
| Professional authentication or resale | It will be identified as a replica | We do not sell on the promise that it passes |
If a page, a photo or a message from us ever implies that a piece will pass authentication, treat that as a mistake and ask us to correct it in writing.
What do the three grades actually change?
Materials and finishing: canvas or leather hand-feel, hardware weight, stitch density, lining. They never change the size, the silhouette or the monogram alignment. A higher grade buys a piece that feels closer in the hand — it does not buy a different object, and it does not buy authenticity.
What is in the box, and what is it not?
Orders ship with packaging, dust bag and the paperwork we produce ourselves. Those are ours. They are not issued by the brand, they are not certificates of authenticity, and we do not present them as either. If a customs officer or a buyer asks what the paperwork is, the honest answer is that it came from the seller, not from the brand.
What we will not do
- We will not tell you a piece is genuine, or that it is "the same as" the original.
- We will not promise it passes authentication, a boutique inspection, or a resale check.
- We will not supply brand-issued certificates, receipts or serial lookups.
- We will not help you sell it on as genuine — that is fraud, and the risk lands on you.
What you should weigh before ordering
Import rules differ by country. Some destinations seize replica goods at customs. We ship with duties and clearance paid, but a seizure is a legal matter between you and your country's rules, not something a shipping term can override.
Resale is where buyers get hurt. Wearing a replica is one thing; selling one as genuine is a different act with real legal consequences. We sell to people who want the piece, not to people building stock to resell as authentic.
The brand will not service it. No warranty, repair or cleaning from the boutique, ever. Our own cover is a 7-day window for a defect we caused — that is on the returns page.
So what are you actually paying for?
A made-to-order piece in a chosen build grade, photographed and filmed on the bench before it ships, with the price published in the open rather than negotiated in a chat. That is the whole offer. It is a good offer for what it is — and saying clearly what it is happens to be the only way we can keep making it.
