What do we collect?
Short answer: A name, a shipping address, an email and what you ordered. Nothing else is required. Payment runs through the processor, so card details never reach this site.
What do we actually store?

We do not sell data, and we do not run third-party advertising pixels on product pages. Analytics on this site is first-party and aggregate.
Orders, the photographs we sent you and the address on the parcel are kept for 24 months after delivery — long enough to look up a warranty question or a repeat order — and then deleted. Chat transcripts are kept the same 24 months. Marketing email is opt-in only and unsubscribing removes the address from that list the same day; it does not delete the order record.
